Can We Believe Everything We Read?
Kathryn Dixon, Ph.D. (Texas A&M University - Commerce): Web literacy, including the ability to critically evaluate online sources, is an increasingly important aspect of what it means to be literate in the twenty-first century for both adults and children. The purpose of this presentation is to offer instructional strategies and activities for introducing the concept of web literacy to elementary school students.
